If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your PDF files are stored in your personal iCloud Drive account using Apple's iCloud Document API. This sync is entirely between your device and your own Apple ID.
RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd has no access to your iCloud Drive and cannot view, read, or modify your files. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Daily PDF offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Daily PDF Premium") purchased through Apple's App Store. All payment processing, billing, and transaction data is handled exclusively by Apple. RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd does not collect, process, or have access to your payment card details or billing information.
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
6. Photo Library Access
The "Create PDF from Photos" feature uses Apple's system PHPickerViewController, which lets you select photos without granting the App access to your full photo library. Only photos you explicitly select are accessed, and they are used solely to generate your PDF within the App. Selected images are never uploaded or transmitted anywhere.
7. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising
Daily PDF does not contain any analytics SDKs, crash-reporting tools, advertising networks, or tracking technologies. We do not track your behaviour across apps or websites, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Our PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest, submitted with the App to Apple, declares zero tracking and zero data collection.
8. Third-Party Services
Daily PDF does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, social media, or data-broker services. The only external service the App interacts with is Apple's App Store for subscription validation, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

To delete iCloud data: Open the Files app on your iPhone or iPad → iCloud Drive → Daily PDF folder → delete its contents.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and theCalifornia Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Because Daily PDF does not collect personal data, most of these rights — such as the right to access, correct, or export your data — are exercised directly on your device, not through us. If you have any privacy-related questions or requests, please contact us using the details in Section 13.
Australian Privacy Act: RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). As the App does not collect personal information, the Australian Privacy Principles are satisfied by design.

Daily PDF is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children. If you believe a child has inadvertently submitted personal information through any support channel, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
12. Data Security
All data remains on your device or in your personal iCloud account, both of which are protected by Apple's hardware encryption and your device passcode or biometric authentication. We have no servers holding your data, which means there is no central point of data breach risk associated with RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
