## Summary

Survey and Report does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd or any third party. All report content, photos, and settings are stored exclusively on your device or in your personal iCloud account. RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd has no access to your data at any time.

## 1. Data We Do Not Collect

RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd does not collect any of the following, as defined by Apple's App Privacy Details:

## 2. What Stays on Your Device

The following data is created by you and stored locally on your device. It is never transmitted to RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd:

- **Field reports** — titles, dates, addresses, comments, and officer information you type into the app.

- **Photographs** — photos captured or imported for your reports, including any annotations you add.

- **GPS and EXIF metadata** — location coordinates and timestamps read from photos when you enable GPS tagging. This data is embedded in your exported documents only and is never sent to us.

- **Company profile** — your company name, ABN, logo, and officer name stored in app settings.

- **App preferences** — settings such as language selection, text size, export layout, export branding visibility, and sync preferences are stored locally in the app's standard preferences store (UserDefaults). None of these are transmitted to RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd.

## 3. iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable **Sync with iCloud** in Settings, your report database and photos are synchronised between your own Apple devices using **Apple CloudKit** and your personal iCloud storage container (`iCloud.RKAY.FieldScope`).

- RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd cannot access your iCloud data.

- This data is governed by [Apple's Privacy Policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

- You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app's Settings, or remove the app's iCloud data via **iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage**.

## 4. In-App Purchases

Survey and Report offers an optional subscription ("Survey and Report+") with monthly and annual plans, processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd does not collect, see, or store your payment details. ## 5. System Permissions

The app requests the following iOS permissions. All data accessed via these permissions stays on your device.

You can revoke any permission at any time via **iOS Settings → Privacy & Security**. Revoking location access disables GPS tagging; the app continues to function fully for report creation and export.

## 6. Language Support

The app is available in English, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, German, French, and Korean. Language preference is stored locally on your device only. No language selection data is transmitted to RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd.

## 7. Exported Documents

PDF, Word (.docx), and Excel (.xlsx) files are generated entirely on your device. When you share or email an exported file, it is transmitted via the service you choose (Apple Mail, AirDrop, third-party apps). RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd has no visibility into files you share.

## 8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Because RKAY Solutions Pty Ltd holds no personal data about you, there is no data to request, correct, or delete from our systems.

To delete your data from your device:

- **Individual reports:** Delete reports within the app (30-day soft-delete, then permanent purge).

- **All app data:** Uninstall the app from your device.

- **iCloud data (if sync was enabled):** Remove via iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Survey and Report.

## 9. Children's Privacy

Survey and Report is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the app in a way that raises a privacy concern, contact us at info@rkay.com.au.

## 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect any revisions. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Significant changes will be communicated via App Store release notes.
